While we do not offer refunds on completed treatments, we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. The Basics
Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Refunds & Adjustments

All services are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with the results of your treatment, please notify us within 48 hours. We will do our best to address any concerns and offer a solution.

We offer complimentary adjustments within 5 days of your appointment, within reason.

Adjustments must be scheduled within 14 days of your original appointment.
Product Returns

Products may only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase.

We are unable to accept returns on used products due to hygiene reasons.

We do not offer adjustments if the treatment has been altered by another salon or individual after your appointment.

We cannot offer refunds based on a change of mind or personal preference after the treatment has been completed.
