To keep everything running smoothly for all our clients, we have a few Terms & Conditions—nothing too scary, just the essentials to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics
Appointments & Cancellations
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Need to cancel? No problem—just give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the treatment cost, and no-shows may be charged 100%.
Health & Safety
Let us know about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.
Some treatments require a patch test 24 hours before—please check when booking.
Payments & Refunds
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and online payments.
We don’t offer refunds on completed treatments, but if something isn’t quite right, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to fix it.
Products can be returned within 14 days if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Gift Vouchers & Offers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and must be used within the timeframe given.
Salon Etiquette
Please keep phones on silent and be mindful of others trying to relax.
To keep our space calm and cosy, we ask that you don’t bring children unless arranged upfront.
We’re not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Full Terms and Conditions
1. Appointments & Cancellations

Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person. Some treatments may require a deposit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge, and no-shows may be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
2. Treatments & Health Information

You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatments if we believe it may be unsafe due to medical conditions or contraindications.

Some treatments (e.g., tinting, lash lifts) require a patch test at least 24 hours in advance—this is your responsibility to book.
3. Payments, Refunds & Returns

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments must be made in full at the time of treatment. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and online payments.

We do not offer refunds on completed treatments. However, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will aim to resolve the issue.

4. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and must be used within the specified timeframe.
5. Salon Etiquette & Policies

We aim to provide a calm and relaxing environment. Please keep noise levels low and set phones to silent mode.

Rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
6. Liability & Disclaimer

We take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety, but we cannot be held responsible for reactions or side effects due to undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or failure to follow aftercare advice.

Any guidance provided before or after treatments is for general advice only and should not replace professional medical advice.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
